About me

Motivational quote over a serene lake with mountains background.

About me

My name is Alise Krukovska, and I am a professional life coach specialized in Erickson Life Coaching, as well as a certified Life Purpose Coach.

I am devoted to creating a thoughtful and supportive space where people can reconnect with their inner clarity, confidence, and sense of direction. My approach is grounded in deep listening, meaningful questions, and a belief that each person already carries within them the wisdom needed to shape their own path.

It is my privilege to be your advocate and companion in the search for the questions that matter most. Together we explore what truly moves you, uncover your unique strengths and open the door to new possibilities.

I believe wholeheartedly in you — and in the limitless potential that emerges when you begin to trust your own voice.

About coaching

What to expect from your session?

A coaching session offers you a safe, confidential, and thoughtfully held space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. My role is not to give advice or direct your choices, but to guide the process through intentional questions that help you access your own inner wisdom, hidden strengths, and often forgotten resources. Through this work you gain greater clarity, discover new perspectives, and make life decisions that feel aligned, meaningful, and truly your own.

Each coaching session lasts around 1 hour and takes place online via Zoom. Sessions are offered in English or Latvian.

All coaching sessions are conducted in accordance with the ICF Code of Ethics.
